Batching Plant Commissioning Service
From dry run to first production batch. Our commissioning service ensures your concrete batching plant — whether new or relocated — produces quality concrete from day one. Calibration, recipe programming, wet testing, and operator training included.
Why Professional Commissioning Matters
A plant that's been properly installed but not properly commissioned can produce inconsistent concrete, suffer component damage, and waste expensive materials during the learning curve. Our commissioning process eliminates these risks.
We commission HZS60, HZS90, HZS120, HZS180, and custom plants. Our process works for both new installations and relocated plants that need recalibration after transport.
Commissioning Process
1. Pre-Commissioning Inspection
- Verify all mechanical connections are torqued to spec
- Check electrical continuity and motor rotation direction
- Inspect air system for leaks and proper pressure
- Confirm safety systems — emergency stops, guards, interlocks
2. Calibration
- Load cells: Each batch hopper and cement hopper calibrated with certified test weights
- Water meter: Flow rate verified across operating range, linearity checked
- Admixture pumps: Dosage accuracy verified at multiple rates
- Aggregate moisture sensors: Calibrated for local aggregate types
3. Recipe Programming
Your specific mix designs are programmed into the control system. This includes up to 10 recipes covering the range from C15 to C50+, with moisture compensation and aggregate correction factors.
4. Wet Test & Quality Verification
We produce a minimum of 5 production batches, testing each for:
- Slump (target ± 15mm)
- Concrete temperature
- Unit weight / yield verification
- 7-day and 28-day compressive strength samples taken
5. Operator Training
2-3 days of hands-on training covering: control system operation, recipe selection and adjustment, daily maintenance checks, troubleshooting common issues, and safety procedures.
Commissioning Timeline & Cost
| Plant Size | Commissioning Time | Cost (USD) |
|---|---|---|
| HZS60 | 3-4 days | $2,000-3,500 |
| HZS90 | 3-5 days | $2,500-4,000 |
| HZS120 | 4-6 days | $3,000-5,000 |
| HZS180 | 5-7 days | $4,000-7,000 |
✅ What You Get After Commissioning
Calibration certificates for all weighing systems, documented mix designs, operator training completion certificate, maintenance checklist, and 6-month remote support.
